Layunin ng programang ito na mapalakas ang mga Gulayan sa Paaralan at mga Community Garden sa ating bayan, at maibahagi ang tamang kaalaman at makabagong pamamaraan ng pagtatanim at pag-aalaga ng gulay, kabilang ang paggamit ng hydroponics—isang pamamaraan ng pagtatanim na hindi nangangailangan ng lupa.
