Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) says that if there is no result, it means your National ID is still in process.

The postal carrier will deliver the National ID free of charge to the address provided by the applicant. For the details, you may visit this post from PSA Philippine Identification System's Facebook page.

If the applicant is not at home during the delivery period of the ID, PSA advised that the applicant shall leave an authorization letter, a copy of your ID, and the transaction slip.
