The 17th NICP National ICT Summit positions Taytay, Rizal at the forefront of the country’s digital transformation journey.


From November 13-15, 2025, the event will bring together policymakers, industry leaders, innovators, and advocates to explore opportunities and address challenges in: Talent Development, Governance, Healthcare, e-Sports. The Summit is a platform for collaboration and knowledge-sharing that strengthens the Philippines’ innovation ecosystem — working toward a resilient, inclusive, and future-ready digital nation.

With the unveiling of the official logo for the 17th NICP National ICT Summit 2025, it reflects the unique identity of Taytay, Rizal as the host of the National ICT Summit 2025, proudly combining Hamba, Makina at Kasuotan (HAMAKA) with Information and Communications Technology (ICT).


This design tells the story of Taytay’s heritage in HAMAKA, now interwoven with ICT, shaping a digitally empowered and future-ready community.

🧵 Spool of thread, sewing machine, shirt – represent Taytay’s garments industry and craftsmanship as the Garments Capital of the Philippines.


🏛️ Government building & church – symbolize governance, culture, faith, and heritage.


📈 Bar graph & ☁️ Cloud – stand for digital growth, data, and innovation.


🔒 Padlock – highlights cybersecurity and trust in digital transformation.


🎮 Game controller with a smiley robot face – represents innovation, gaming, and youth creativity in ICT.


🎨 The color BLUE – takes center stage, symbolizing trust, innovation, stability, and digital technology. It also reflects Taytay’s vibrant energy as it weaves tradition with modern progress.


🧶 Woven design elements – represent unity and the seamless blending of culture and technology.


Adding to this pride, Taytay was recognized as one of the Digital Cities of the Philippines, proving its strong commitment to progress, innovation, and inclusive digital transformation.
