Sewing Machines For Livelihood Program

Every constituent in our community was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, which halting the livelihood and operations of the establishments and individuals.

Last time, the Taytay(Rizal) LGU, with the Office of Gender and Development, sewing machines were distributed to lucky constituents who were affected by the pandemic.

Along with Ms. Joan Gacula, Ms. Gianne Valerie Yupangco, Department Head for Gender and Development, and Mr. Mark Valdez, Department Head for Office of the Public Information, they gave speech to the beneficiaries during the said event which was held at the TESDA - Taytay Rizal Field Office.

Screening and selection process were conducted to the constituents before distributing these machines, one of the criteria is the effect of the pandemic to their livelihood.

This will help the constituents to start over again.
