LRT 2's New East Stations To Be Operational By June

Heads up to our east side and Rizal Commuters.


The LRT 2's East Extension, which consists the 2 new stations, will be operational by June, based on an article published by Philippine Information Agency.


Secretary Arthur Tugade, Secretary for the Department of Transportation (DOTr), says that by June 22, the train will run here in Antipolo and Marikina, connected to LRT-2 Extension.


From its original 3 hour bus and jeepny ride from Recto, Manila to Antipolo City in Rizal Province, it will take down to only 40 minutes when the 2 new stations starts to roll.
