Face Mask Distribution to Residents

Monday, February 3, 2020

As the deadly Corona Virus affects people worldwide, people rush to stores to purchased safety masks to avoid contact with the symptoms. Due to high demands, supply of these masks ran out in retail stores.

Today, the first week of the month of February, free masks were distributed to residents of the municipality. Councilor Kyle Gacula of Municipality of Taytay led the distribution of the face masks at the Old Municipal Building early Monday morning.

On a ceremony earlier this morning at the New Municipal Hall, Mayor George Ricardo R. Gacula II reiterates that there is no confirmed case of the Novel Corona Virus in the municipality, assuring that our local government is monitoring the situation with the coordination of Municipal Health Office. The general public urges not to panic and avoid spreading fake news about  NCoV ARD.
